Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Allied Health and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected to your:

Modifications to the Agreement & Site

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Allied Health regarding your access to and use of the Site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications or proposals (oral or written) between you and us.
